Therapeutic & Supportive Services

Offerings for Healing & Connection

Therapy, consulting, and educational services supporting individuals, relationships, and organizations - grounded in empathy, justice, and care.

Clinical Services

  • I offer holistic and affirming individual therapy, grounded in compassion and respect for your lived experience. Together, we can explore themes around identity, relationships, burnout, grief, the impostor phenomenon, self-worth, and life transitions within the cultural and relational contexts that shape your experiences.

  • I provide couples therapy that supports partners in strengthening connection and communication, deepening understanding of each other, and exploring new ways of relating to one another while navigating challenges together. Together, we explore relational patterns, unmet needs, and new ways of relating that honor each partner’s voice, identity, and values. This work is collaborative and relational, creating space for each person’s voice while honoring the identities, dynamics, and values within the relationship.

  • I facilitate inclusive group therapy in New York that centers connection, shared understanding, and collective healing. Groups offer a supportive space to explore common experiences within community — reducing isolation while deepening insight and growth. Offerings may focus on themes such as the impostor phenomenon, racial trauma, identity, belonging, and collective care, with additional groups developed in response to community needs. Current and upcoming groups will be shared as they become available.

Non-Clinical Services

  • I offer guest speaking for social work students and mental health professionals focused on navigating the field with confidence, care, and integrity. Drawing from my professional journey, I speak candidly about developing an authentic professional identity, sustaining oneself in the helping professions, and honoring lived experience as strength — particularly for those from historically marginalized communities.

Topics may include professional identity development, navigating systems, preventing burnout, and building a values-aligned career. These talks are especially meaningful for students, early-career clinicians, and emerging professionals seeking grounding and direction in their work.

  • I provide consulting, workshops, and training for schools, universities, mental health agencies, nonprofits, and corporate organizations seeking to cultivate confidence, belonging, and well-being in professional spaces. My work addresses the impostor phenomenon, self-doubt, and professional growth and is especially supportive for individuals from marginalized or historically excluded communities, such as faculty, staff, graduate students, leadership teams, and trainees/interns.

I also welcome the opportunity to co-create topics and themes that best meet the unique needs of your team organization, ensuring every session is thoughtful, relevant, and grounded in care.
